My Childhood

Today,I am recalling the things that happened when I was a child.

When I was little, I often played with my little friends. We played games together,we swam together in the river, we caught the fishes in the river,we cooked in the mountains,we picked wild vegetables together. We have a lot memories. I also miss the days when my grandfather had the fruit garden. I often ate the fruit in the trees. It was the best time of my life. I wish I could go back to those days, but I can't. I can't find the happiness like this. But now,we don't have a connection each other because all of them did not go to school when they fourteen or fifteen.

Like many loyal basketball fans, I am crazy about watching my idol ---- Kobe Bryant play basketball games. I am crazy about his supremely accurate jump shot, sharp cross overs, and key moments of great heart.

I still remember the topic which we had talked about last Friday  in the English corner.That is about personality.There were some questions,such as use three words to describe yourself,what is the most important characteristic do you think is very important? Is it very interesting?yeah of course,it is. Three words are limited to express ourselves.But we all did it.

Today is mother's day,I called my mother,I told her I love her very much,she is so happy to hear that.I bought a present some days ago,and I posted it to my mother.She said she like it very much,haha,I am so happy.But what I bought for my mother is a secret.

When I was very young, every time when I sat in front of the TV with my mom and dad, watching other kids of my age singing or dancing on stage, my parents would put comments like this,"oh look at the girl! She can really sing!" and then they turned to me, and asked me:"Can you sing like her on TV? ...oh look at her parents! they're so proud of her!" 

My parents seems enjoy talking about other people's children. Mostly at the table when we are having dinner, they spend most of time talking someone's kids, kids of their friends, kids of their cousins."Hey, you know Tom's son? He's the same age as you, but he got the first prize on a national competition!" "You know Mary's daughter? The girl's even younger than you. She swims so good that she's in the school team now!" ...
