If you had to choose between your sight or your hearing, how would you choose?

I am a near -sighted girl,I know very well about this point :if you cant see ,you will be afraid.As for me ,seeing is very important.If I cant see,I have a strong feeling that IÂ am staying in a corner,and will be forgetten by the world.
It is said that life is full of beauty if you use your eyes to see ,to discover .So I think our eyes are used to look for beauty!
 If  I am deaf,I can learn sigh language or use my imagination to know what is going on   ,but if I cant see ,I cant distinguish what happen just by hearing.Â

If one day I loose my sight the world is nothing to me .My life without movies ,theme park ,my parents ,my friends and so on .I can't imagine such boring life .If I loose the sight people must take care of me ,I will become a burden on others.So I would rather choose hearing.

As a near-sighted girl,I deeply feel that sight is more important than anything else in our life.Without sight,everything in our eyes is just the same---dark and dark again.You couldn't enjoy the colorful world.Without sight,doing everything is extremely inconvenient and troublesome.Occasionally,it will result serious consequences,for example,some people will lose their temper and become out of control of themselves.
Therefore,in my point of view,sight is more substantial than hearing.Though we miss the chance of listening wonderful sounds,we,at the same time,can still have the advantage of forever being far away from the disturbing noise.What's more,possessing good sight,we can have a wide looking at handsome gentlemen.Just kidding...Give a smile...

The world is beautiful,I can not really enjoy it if I just has my hearing.I also can not know the colorful nature and the people's expression around me.Without hearing, I can enjoy my life as well.But without sight,my life will full of fear and darkness.So I am really sorry to the blind person.

Between losing sight and losing hearing, i will chose to lose my sight.
Because i love music! I love voices from everything! If i can not hear music, my heart will be empty. Losing sight means u can not see your lover, but u still can hear his/her voice and feel how much he/she love u by your heart!
i must admit that it is a cruel question.I hope the tragedy will never perform in our life.What is more,it is also difficult to answer.Forced me to stand for the election between the hearing and the sight,i would choose hearing.
Without hearing,I will never know how wonderful the sound of nature is;
Without hearing,i will never know how the music stir our heart and memory;
Without hearing,i will never know how the encourgement given by my family and friends enrich your life.
Without hearing,i will never know how to pronounce the important names appear in your life.

Looking on those posted comments, i try to imagine what a soundless world should be? What a black world should be? The answer is ,to me, a soundless world is terrible as well as a black world. But if i had to choose, i would choose to hold my sight. I love music and hate annoying noise. I think a deaf man may live more easily than a blindman. I just don't want to bring much troubles to my family. I don't want to lose the images of my family. I want see the faces of those people I love.

I love singing,dangcing,playing the piano,and all about music.Every day and night,if I have time,I will listen to varied beautiful songs.Music is my soul.I can't imagine what I can do if I lose my hearing.
But,if I must make a choice between these,I think I would choose to lose my hearing.Although it must be a horrible shock for me,I can see my beloved,see my parents and my friends,see what I am look like,see everything in this world.Maybe then,I will live in a silent world,looking for a peace world in the bottom of my heart.
Therefore,today is a present.I will cherish everyday to work hard to realize my dream.Because no one knows what will happen tomorrow.

If I have to choose one of them,I prefer to my sight.Because without sight is far more awful than without hearing to me .without the sight ,I can not do many things by myself .On the contray,I have to bother others to help me in my daily life.This will bring much inconvenience to both my parents and my friends.what's more ,I even cannot figure out what my parents look like.I can't stand it.

I remember that when I was eighteen my mother had ever persuaded me to accept a surgery for myopia. Though I hate wearing glasses, I reject her suggestion. I am extremely afraid that I would lose my sight if the surgery is unsuccessful.
World is colorful and lovely. Darkness is horrible and miserable. Without hearing, we still can appreciate the beautiful scenery, “hear†by reading people’s lips. Without sight, we will be dangerous when we walk on the streets or stay at home alone.
Above all, if I was destined to be blind, I would frankly accept it. I can give up everything, but I just can’t stand not seeing the people who I love and who love me!

Seeing this question,I think of him in no time.I knew him in the middle school.He was unable to hear the sounds when he was born.I" talked" to him with my hands and expressions,but mostly we used pens .He wrote the things that he wanted to ask,and so did I.In others' eyes,it took a lot of time.Yes,it did.But I just want to say that a soundless world is also attractive.That is what i learn from him.He is so active and energetic.So for me,if i have to lose one of the senses,i'll choose hearing.And i am sure i 'll also live a wonderful life like him.

Losing sight ,without a doubt ,is hard to carry on wonderful life--I will no longer read unrestrainedly what I love ; I won't have the chance to observe my surroundings, the bright smiles and exquisite objects.
However,taking this into consideraton , I'll ask myself what will be  the most beautiful thing in my life .I want to live a simpler life now .Magically,when I was unable to see anything ,I feel a quiet world ,just like the state of meditation .I think ,SOMEBODY,who show care to me ,I wanna treasure.Through voices,the more real what they express I can feel. Sight,of course,if I have to choose! Darkness is always the most fearful thing.A lot of things can still be done with your eyes, but can not with your ears. The beautiful and meaningful things that you saw can easily make up what you lose without your hearing.

I will definitely choose sight.
The beautiful landscapes ,the wonderful colors, the kindest faces do amuse me. I will keep them in my memory as tresures,whenever I take it out ,I could enjoy that happy feeling again ...It would be rather cruel that I couldn't see those amazing things.  Maybe sounds have it's own attraction, but seeing is much more important to me. If i could only see , it should be very sad, but I will try hard to learn sign language to communicate with others. But if i could only hear, I almost lose the whole world.
And my biggest regret is getting near-sighted . I didn't take care of my eyes when I was very young. I watched TV all the day...that did harms to my eyes.
I do wish I could cure my near-sighted one day

I have a good friend, her grandpa has a very bad hearing, so he always can't hear what others complaint about him~ My friend once badinaged to me that to have a bad hearing is not that bad, especially when we are old, we won't hear the complaint from our grandchildren.

wow ,that's a dilemma.If I have to choose,I will choose my sight.
The most wonderful thing for me is 'on the way'. I mean I really love to take a bus,a plane ,or a ferry. I love to see the landscape outside the car windows,see the sea outside the ferry,and see the gorgeous blue sky and high moutains.
Losing my sight is like losing the whole world.I can't see people's face and appearance.People may hise their emotion to me .That is uncomfortable.

If one can see everything ,he can touch happiness directly, he will not feel lonely. However without sight one would sunk into darkness and cause a major scare.
So I choose sight and give up hearing

Losing sight ,without a doubt ,is hard to carry on wonderful life--I will no longer read unrestrainedly what I love ; I won't have the chance to observe my surroundings, the bright smiles and exquisite objects.
However,taking this into consideraton , I'll ask myself what will be  the most beautiful thing in my life .I want to live a simpler life now .Magically,when I was unable to see anything ,I feel a quiet world ,just like the state of meditation .I think ,SOMEBODY,who show care to me ,I wanna treasure.Through voices,the more real what they express I can feel. It's nice to have friends to speak our mind freely:A lover that sighs,the words of love fall into my heart.

Taking into consideration,both sides are all important for me! If asked to make a decision, I would prefer the sight.Because I am afraid of darkness ! Without light my life will loss hopes.I am unwilling to part with this colourful world ! I am near-sighted.Without glasses ,i am just like a blind girl.I can hardly do anything.so since i was very young,i have realized that sight is very important for me.Besides,our world is colorful and lovely.IÂ can't miss it.,and I don't want to live a world without light.

Sight,of course,if I have to choose! Darkness is always the most fearful thing.A lot of things can still be done with your eyes, but can not with your ears. The beautiful and meaningful things that you saw can easily make up what you lose without your hearing.

I will definitely choose sight.
The beautiful landscapes ,the wonderful colors, the kindest faces do amuse me. I will keep them in my memory as tresures,whenever I take it out ,I could enjoy that happy feeling again ...It would be rather cruel that I couldn't see those amazing things.  Maybe sounds have it's own attraction, but seeing is much more important to me. If i could only see , it should be very sad, but I will try hard to learn sign language to communicate with others. But if i could only hear, I almost lose the whole world.
And my biggest regret is getting near-sighted . I didn't take care of my eyes when I was very young. I watched TV all the day...that did harms to my eyes.
I do wish I could cure my near-sighted one day

   I hold that loss of sight is a horrible thing.You can't appreciate the wonderful world any longer.In the darkness,you are alone.This kind of feeling is unbearable.What's more,you can't tell the one you care is happy or not through his eyes.I consider that eyes can reflect your heart directly.Furthermore,if you lose you hearing,you can use audiphone to help you hear the voices.Restoring sight is a more complex and difficult matter.

It is a tough question indeed . However, if I have to choose between them,I will choose to hold my sight.I remember that there is a time the light was cut off,everything around me is dark. It's really hard to make a choice. Both of them are important. If I have to lose one of them, I will forgo my hearing. I like to read people's expression, because it can tell me lots of things which words can not give me. Though eyes, I can know things better. Therefore, hearing is my choice.

But if I have to choose just one, I prefer sight. Because I think without sight, my world would become colorless~ with more difficulties life will become much more difficult. (but I really don't want to lose my hearing~ oh~ music... I love music...)
I have a good friend, her grandpa has a very bad hearing, so he always can't hear what others complaint about him~ My friend once badinaged to me that to have a bad hearing is not that bad, especially when we are old, we won't hear the complaint from our grandchildren.

wow ,that's a dilemma.If I have to choose,I will choose my sight.
The most wonderful thing for me is 'on the way'. I mean I really love to take a bus,a plane ,or a ferry. I love to see the landscape outside the car windows,see the sea outside the ferry,and see the gorgeous blue sky and high moutains.
Losing my sight is like losing the whole world.I can't see people's face and appearance.People may hise their emotion to me .That is uncomfortable.
